CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - NOX

Main TasksEnsure that Customers are served with products and services according to the standard company procedures;Coordinate and supervise daily transaction orders, account administration and account enquiries from company clients;Define and implement procedures for the service to ensure high level of efficiency and high level of customer satisfaction;Will supervise a team of 4 people;Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards; training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.RequirementsDegree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent;5-8 years’ experience in a middle management role;Self-motivated, organized;Problem solving with good communication and negotiation skills;Good people management skills and understanding of the provision of good customer service;Good knowledge of information systems, especially SAP or similar management tools;Good knowledge of Microsoft office.Caso se identifique com o perfil, enviar o CV actualizado indicando a refª CUS-SER-MAN, obrigado.
