PROCUREMENT OFFICER - NOX

Main Tasks
• Ensure that safety, health and environmental issues are taken into consideration in all activities of the purchasing function / liaise with HSEQ coordinator and users;
• Forecasting and Planning after meeting user departments on their yearly approved budgets;
• Ensure goods and services are of the right quality and quantity and procured at the best economic cost to the company by liaising with key users and management;
• Identify and develop reliable alternative sources of supplies and maintain good relationship with suppliers;
• Promote adherence to company’s Ethical Code of Conduct and gift policy;
• Participate in all Contract Negotiations pertaining to purchasing with the respective buyer and user. Requirement
• Degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent, Prior experience in a similar capacity an asset.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
• 3-5 years’ experience in related functions;
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English;
