Main Tasks
• Plan, direct and coordinate HSSE activities.
• Suggests new ideas and methodologies for improving the company’s safety system.
• Define and propose a HSEQ policy for the company based on shareholders’ best practices;
• The dissemination of the HSEQ guidelines and policies throughout the organization including stations, warehouse(s), depot(s), head office;
• To establish and implement a HSEQ training plan inclusive of: Head office staff; Contracted network staff; Tanker drivers and Works contractors;
• To assess and ensure application of internal rules action plan;
• To ensure the compliance of all sites with relevant HSEQ policies and procedures;
• Monitor a proper watch of the regulation evolution and ensure the compliance of the affiliate with the proper HSEQ regulation in Angola.


Requirements
• BSC Degree in Environment & Safety Management;
• 3-5 years’ experience in HSE related functions;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite;
• French or English an asset but not mandatory;
